I have over thirty years of management experience in the financial services sector ranging from Corporate Finance to Investment Banking and to Asset Management fields. The total value of East European transactions that I was directly responsible for, or involved in, comes to approximately $8 bn. The total value of assets managed was in excess of $10 bn. Asset classes that I was responsible for, include: public equity, fixed income, interest rate & currency derivatives as well as alternative assets.

In recent years, I've been increasingly involved in private equity/venture capital and infrastructure funds and in private equity fund of funds transactions and structures throughout the CEE and CIS regions. Currently, I am a Director & Board Member of CE Equity Advisers, Sàrl (Fribourg) and President of VoiceSense Europe Ltd. I used to be a Supervisory Board Deputy Chairman of Private Equity Managers SA (Warsaw) and of MCI Management SA (Warsaw), Supervisory Board Member of PJSC IC Universalna (Kiev), and Senior Adviser to Eiser Infrastructure Partners LLP (London) as well as member of several investment committees in CEE/CIS regions.

Earlier in my career, I was CEO of PZU Asset Management SA, Deputy President and CIO of PTE PZU SA, as well as President of ABN AMRO Hoare Govett Corporate Finance Ltd and Head of Investment Banking at ABN AMRO (Polska) SA and Senior Manager, Corporate Finance at Price Waterhouse (Polska) SA. I have a dual citizenship (Polish and New Zealand) and am currently based in Warsaw, Poland.
